Tom Denton headed Town in front after just four minutes, but Woking looked the more threatening side for large parts of the game with goalkeeper Kyle Letheren producing one stunning save from close-range to keep the hosts in the lead.
With the match edging towards a nervy finish, Chesterfield were clinical with three late goals in six minutes as Rawson smashed home from inside the box before adding another superb curling effort, either side of new signing Alex Kiwomya finding the net on his second debut for the club after re-signing this morning.
“I am delighted for Luke to get his goals,” Pemberton said.

“I don’t want to go mad and put all the pressure on him because we have got to look after him but I think him and Jamie Sharman hopefully will be the future of this club for quite a few years to come
“I have worked with him in the academy so I know what he (Rawson) is capable of. He got 27 goals in one season for us in the academy.
“He gets a bit of a swagger, a nice swagger, where you can see he grows in confidence. I really fancied him on the second one, his first touch showed a lot of composure for a young boy and the finish was just different class.”

“There was a lot of discipline in the team when we had to defend and they showed a lot of commitment and I am really pleased to get the result that we got.
“I spoke at half-time about going to a slightly different formation and I thought the subs made a huge difference.”
