TEENAGE billiards player Adam Stewart has just completed a major milestone early in his flourishing career.
Adam, of the Whitworth Billiards Club in Darley Dale, was playing in his first international for England and won most of his games to help the England junior team defeat Northern Ireland in Bangor.
This enabled them to lift the Kingsman Cup.
Adam, who is coached by billiards ace Jim McCann, also currently stands at number one on the national junior ranking list.
This is for players up to 19 years old, no small achievement considering that he is only 15 years old and has been playing billiards for around two years.
