At the Trafford open on 12th September there were 2 personal bests (pb's) for Gracie Pell. In the 70m hurdles Gracie won her race in 12.9secs & then ran 11.62secs to win her 70m sprint. In the javelin Izzy Fellows continued her very consistent season throwing 31.74m.

On the same day Jacob Peers-Wain threw 20m exactly in the hammer, which is a new pb, at Leamington Spa. Jacob also threw 13.81m in the discus with Josh Turkington throwing 34.11m in the javelin.

Oscar Cousins posted 2 pb’s in an afternoon at Trafford on 6th September. In the 1500m Oscar knocked over 11 seconds off his previous best, taking 3rd place in 4:05.62. Less than an hour later Oscar lined in in the 400m and ran 53.29secs, slicing almost 4 seconds off his previous best time to win the race.
