Matlock Town captain Micky Harcourt has ended a five-year spell at Causeway Lane by joining Northern Counties East League Premier Division side Handsworth Parramore.
Harcourt, who has also played for Alfreton Town and Belper Town in the past, made over 200 appearances for Matlock after joining ahead of the 2011/12 season.
He was crowned Players’ Player of the Year last season having won numerous awards throughout his stint with the Gladiators.
Parramore manager Mick Godber said: “Micky is an experienced, strong defender who is equally at home at centre half or full back.
“He’s very good on the ball and has been one of Matlock’s best players over the last few years and I’m delighted to have brought him in.”
