Cool sounds with Nine Below Zero at the Flowerpot

Nine Below Zero will be strutting their stuff again at The Flowerpot in Derby on Friday, February 24.

One of British rock and roll’s most enduring and respected R n B combos return to the King Street venue with their brand new eight-piece line-up and a new album 13 Shades Of Blue.

Since their formation in 1977 Nine Below Zero have developed a reputation as one of the best blues bands in the country.

Their high energy live act was already well established by the time they signed to A&M RECORDS in 1980 and was forever captured on their classic live album 1980’s Live at the Marquee.

The new line-up is Dennis Greaves (guitar/vocals), Mark Feltham (harmonica/vocals), Mickey Burkey (drums), Ben Willis (bass), Charlie Austen (vocals), Andrew Noble (keyboards), Chris Rand (saxophone) and Paul Jordanous (trumpet).
