Crafts people from all over the country are joining forces in A Peak District town this weekend to celebrate British wool.
Spinning, weaving, knitting, crochet and needlefelting will be among the skills on show at Bakewell Wool Gathering in the town’s Agricultural Centre.
The aim is to showcase wool-related producers and their goods.
The event celebrates British Wool Week and is organised by the Campaign for Wool.
Opening times are 10am to 4.30pm today, Saturday, October 19 and 10am to 4pm tomorrow, Sunday, October 20.
Admission is £3 for adults and there’s free entry for children under 16.
