The Hallé Orchestra is returning to Buxton Opera House for a gala concert in aid of Blythe House Hospice.
The Hallé will present a programme of varied classical music including Sibelius, Grieg, Debussy, Tchaikovsky, Sleeping Beauty and Dvorak, during the concert on Sunday October 5, at 7.30pm.
Now entering its 157th season, the Hallé ranks among the UK’s top symphonic ensembles, with a reputation for artistic excellence.
The concert is in aid of Blythe House, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary.
The Chapel-en-le-Frith-based hospice hopes to raise in the region of £20,000 to help provide care and support in the High Peak.
