The National Trust’s Rangers at Hardwick Hall and Bolsover & District Cycling Club are joining forces to put on a series of cycling events from July 22-24.
The events not only coincide with the last leg of the Tour de France, but also celebrate the National Trust’s Cycling Week.
Visitors are invited to join the three days of grand events starting off with a mountain bike race on Friday evening with categories for all abilities. Saturday morning begins with a family ride, a guided mountain bike ride, Breeze ride (women only) and summits with the Hardwick Hill climb challenge on Saturday evening; for a sprint finish on Sunday the final event will be a choice between a brisk paced, long distance road ride, or a shorter steadier paced version.
Visitors can find out more about the events on www.nationaltrust.org.uk/hardwick or www.bolsoveranddistrictcyclingclub.org.uk
