Marty Wilde, one of the greatest names of 50s and 60s rock ‘n’ roll music, will be providing a nostalgic look back through his life’s work at Buxton Opera House on Thursday, July 28, at 8pm.
During his concert, Marty Wilde will perform a cherry-picked selection of hits including many of his favourite songs such as Bad Boy, Jesamine, Teenager in Love, Rubber Ball, Jezabel, Sea of Love, and many, many more.
As Marty presents his anthology, he will go back through his own memory vaults, divulging his fondest rock recollections, while paying homage to friends who helped shape British rock ‘n’ roll.
Father to pop singer Kim and Ricky Wilde, Marty was one of the first British exponents of American rock ‘n’ roll.
Tickets for Marty Wilde and The Wildcats are priced at £16 and £18 and discounts are available. Call the box office on 0845 127 2190.
