Beer lovers and music fans are in for a treat at the Barley Mow, in Bonsall, this weekend.
On Friday , the pub’s beer festival starts with an open acoustic session with Joe Ash.
Saturday it’s the turn of the Chicago blues band the Paul Evans Trio, while on Sunday it’s the silky smooth Americana guitar and vocals of Making Tracks.
On Bank Holiday Monday from 1pm to 10pm it’s Mowfest, with 10 local bands including Eat Cake, Red Fire Ants, Said The Wolf, garage rock/blues trio Bruiser, local rock favourites Exile, lively ska and reggae from The John Brewer Collective, the excellent female-fronted Dooberies will get everyone dancing before the mighty Wirksworth blues duo The King Bains make a welcomed return.
