CBSO back at the Concert Hall

THE City Of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra make their latest eagerly-awaited appearance at Nottingham’s Royal Concert Hall on Wednesday, March 2, from 7.30pm.

Conducted by Carlos Kalmar, they will be playing an exciting programme of 20th century works, including the minimalist classic The Chairman Dances by John Adams, Bernstein’s evocative Symphonic Dances from West Side Story, Manuel de Falla’s sultry Nights In The Gardens Of Spain, featuring piano soloist Steven Osborne, and Gershwin’s multi-faceted An American In Paris.
