BELPER folk/rock band JiggeryFolkery will be performing a gig at the George And Dragon, Bridge Street, Belper, on Sunday, December 23.
The band, who will be onstage from 9pm, will once again bring their musical year to a end with their Christmas party at the pub.
This year the band, who provided the sound system for the Belper Winter Music Festival, are expecting a packed house.
Hugh Stewart, JigeryFolkery’s mandolin player said: “When we performed at the food festival recently, loads of people came up to us to ask if we were playing locally soon.
“So I’m telling all our friends, arrive early if you want to get a seat at the George And Dragon.
“It really was a special gig last year, so we’re expecting a big noisy party.”
JigeryFolkery already have several dates in the diary for 2013 and will be headlining at the Mansfield Folk Festival on July 12.
