Tickets are now on sale for the Derby Carol Concert in aid of Parkinson’s UK on Wednesday, November 30 and Parkinson’s UK is inviting everyone along.
Starting at 7.30pm in Derby Cathedral, join the Rolls Royce (Derby) Band, the Duffield Singers and the Fosse singers as they present a musical celebration of Christmas.
Hosted by Colin Slater from BBC Radio Nottingham, the concert will be a magical place to start your festive season.
Sheila North, chair of the Derby and District Branch of Parkinson’s UK, said: “There are around 1,400 people living with Parkinson’s in Derbyshire. Our work is totally dependent on donations; funds raised from this event will enable the Branch to support more people with Parkinson’s in the area.”
