August’s busy month of stand-up comedy kicks off on August 1-2 with appearances by Tanyalee Davis, Andy Robinson, Tiernan Douieb and Rudi Lickwood.
From August 7-9, the visitors to the popular venue will be Trevor Crook, Clint Edwards, Kockov and Anthony J Brown.
Glee Club Nottingham welcomes Steve Gribbin, Robin Morgan, Paul James and a to-be-confirmed comic on August 15-16.
The performers on August 22-23 will be Gary Delaney, Jarlath Regan, Ryan Cull and Andy White.
Finally, Lost Voice Guy, Jim Smallman, The Noise Next Door and Tony Burgess pop in on August 28-30. Lee Ridley AKA Lost Voice Guy can’t talk but isn’t silent. He is (probably) the first stand up comedian to use a communication aid.
He has gigged all over the UK at places like The Stand, The Frog and Bucket, The Glee Club and The Comedy Store, as well as being featured on the BBC, CNN, The Sun, The Mail on Sunday and The Guardian.
