The Supersonic 70s is a six-piece band that can be seen at Chesterfield’s Winding Wheel on Friday, January 24, at 7.30pm.
The band features both male and female lead vocalists, the acclaimed ‘cat suited wondergirl’ Janey Bombshell, alongside co-lead vocalist Mark Keen, the ‘velvet voiced’ singing sensation.
The musicians alongside them have a wealth of experience worldwide and include guitarist/vocalist Greg Hart, bassist Gary Williams, drummer Stevie Weaver, and the wizardry of keyboardist/vocoder Andy Stewart.
Since 2010, the show has been a hit at some of the most prestigious of venues, and they have whipped up a ‘Seventies sea of nostalgia’ to ecstatic fans.
With a setlist boasting an impressive range to suit all ages, the show will take you down memory lane with some of the biggest hits from the 70s.
From Queen, John Miles, The Carpenters and ELO, to 10cc, Wings, Andrew Gold and Donna Summer, it’s all here.
