Join Jools for Nottingham gig

Sunday, December 22, is the date for a performance at the Royal Concert Hall in Nottingham by Jools Holland.

Jools will be joined by his world-famous Rhythm and Blues Orchestra, which features drummer Gilson Lavis, vocalists Ruby Turner and Louise Marshall and trombonist Rico Rodriguez.

Special guest for the evening will be Melanie C, formerly of the Spice Girls, who has recently enjoyed success for her performances in the arena tour of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s musical Jesus Christ Superstar.

First coming to attention as keyboard player with new wave favourites Squeeze, Jools Holland is a national treasure, thanks to his long-running TV show Later... and his many live performances with his highly skilled Rhythm and Blues Orchestra.

Tickets for the performance cost £35.50.
