HAPPY And Glorious is the title of a concert to be given at Nottingham’s Royal Concert Hall on Saturday, February 25, in honour of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
Subtitled 60 Glorious Years In Music And Songs, conductor James Sutherland and the London Concert Orchestra will be joined by Rosemary Squires and James Graeme, plus former BBC Royal Correspondent and broadcaster Jennie Bond.
This will be an evening of much-loved music from these isles including There’ll Always Be An England, White Cliffs Of Dover, Men Of Harlech, Danny Boy, Scotland The Brave and many more.
