One of the most beloved children’s stories of all time, The Secret Garden, will be at Buxton Opera House this weekend, where it will be performed in concert with a live chamber orchestra.
When Mary Lennox is orphaned, she must return from India to live with her distant uncle in Yorkshire.
With a blossoming friendship with local boy Dickon, Mary begins to take an interest in the mysterious house she now lives and is entranced by the garden… but can she unlock the secrets that are held within?
Aria Entertainment and Knockhardy Productions have lovingly brought the three times Tony Award winning musical The Secret Garden to life, promising a musical treat for both children and their families.
The Secret Garden in concert takes place at Buxton Opera House on Saturday, November 2.
Tickets for the shows are priced at £14 for adults and £12 for children. Discounts and family tickets are available. Call the box office on 0845 127 2190 or buy online at www.buxtonoperahouse.org.uk
