The Colin McIntyre Classic Thriller Season has reached its third week at Nottingham’s Theatre Royal.
Four plays are being presented by Tabs Productions and Theatre Royal Nottingham over the course of a month, the 25th year that the season has been presented at the theatre.
Following productions of Murder Live! by Mary Elliott Nelson and The Gentle Hook by Francis Durbridge, the third play in the season is to be Murder Mistaken, by Janet Green.
It can be seen there from August 12-17.
Having hastened the end of his first wife, Edward sets his sights on his next victim. But, when potential wife number three appears, who will it be that he chooses to kill?
Then, the fourth and final play in this year’s Classic Thriller Season will be Murderer, by Anthony Shaffer, which can be seen from August 19-24.
Karen Henson, co-producer of the Classic Thriller Season, said: “We’re delighted to return with some new faces, some familiar ones and some from that very first Thriller Season in 1988. We’re old, grey and bearded now, and that’s only the women!
