Pop hits, fashion and cultural trends are celebrated in a song and dance show which includes audience singalongs and competitions.
Professional production Pop Factor will bring one of its performers back to her home town when it comes to north Derbyshire.
Ami Evans began dancing in Chesterfield at the age of three, growing up to perform in shows across Derbyshire and Yorkshire, and also competing nationally. At 18 she went to train at the Italia Conti Academy of Performing Arts, where she graduated with a Diploma in Musical Theatre.
Ami made her professional debut as part of Raymond Gubbay’s Classical Spectacular at the Royal Albert Hall. She then went on to dance on board P&O’s Aurora as part of the Headliners Theatre Company.
Students from Chesterfield Studios will take part in Pop Factor at the Pomegranate Theatre on Friday, April 25.
