Football fans get banning order after fight at Ripley pub

Football fans have received banning orders for a fight at a Ripley pub prior to attending a Derby County game.

The four Sheffield Wednesday fans were in the White Lion pub on the Market Place when a fight broke out which involved punches, chairs and glasses being thrown.

Danny Fields, 31, of Angel Yard, Saltergate, Chesterfield, Jonathan Fisher, 29, of Middle Lane, Stannington, Sheffield and Lee Marsden, 38, of St Matthews Close, Renishaw, Sheffield were all given nine months in prison, suspended for two years.
